Gustavo Ferreira · Tech Lead · Full Stack Engineer

I build products end to end — and lead the teams that ship them.

Tech Lead at Groner, the CRM built for Brazil’s solar energy industry. I design and ship core product — a native WhatsApp contact center, solar-financing integrations, field-service operations — with TypeScript, Vue, Node.js, .NET and AWS.

Core stack orbiting: TypeScript, Vue.js, Node.js, React, .NET, AWS, Docker, Next.js, SQL Server.

About

A product-minded engineer who still ships code

I’m a full stack engineer who likes to own problems end to end — from the first conversation with Product to the feature running in production. I joined Groner as a front-end developer on the migration of its legacy CRM; two promotions later, I lead the engineering of its core modules.

As Tech Lead I scope features with the CTO and Product, design the architecture, review code and mentor the team — and I still write a lot of it. My day-to-day stack is TypeScript, Vue and Node.js on AWS (Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, ECS), with C#/.NET services where they fit best.

I’m based in Curitiba, Brazil (UTC−3), a timezone that overlaps with both US and European working hours, and I’m looking for my next challenge on an international team.

From front-end developer to Tech Lead

Shipping production software since 2022 — most of it at Groner, where I grew from the CRM migration team to leading its engineering.

    1. Tech Lead

      Sep 2025 – Present · Hybrid

      • Conceived and built GronerZap, a WhatsApp contact center native to the CRM, replacing a vendor that cost over R$30k a month; it now serves hundreds of companies and thousands of users, on Meta's official API and three other providers.
      • Built the CRM’s integrations with 4 banks and credit providers on my own — Solfácil and Sol Agora live, Banco BV and Revocred (Conectepag) in certification — from simulation and credit pre-analysis to proposals and status webhooks, working directly with the partners’ teams.
      • Conceived and maintain the Gamification module, which lets companies reward any operation, not just sales — I built its first version, rules engine and front end. Also shipped internal chat and dozens of other modules.
      • Led 6 developers across different periods; technical reference on estimates, approach, feasibility and feature sign-off with teams, the CTO and Product.
    2. Mid-level Full Stack Developer

      Feb 2025 – Sep 2025 · Hybrid

      • Developed and maintained the Groner CRM, its API and microservices.
      • Built the Service Orders module with the CTO — a field-service tool in the vein of Field Control and Auvo, rolled out at client Resolve Energia Solar — which led dozens of customers to upgrade to the top plan.
      • Built new features and solved cross-team technical problems in direct collaboration with the CTO.
      • Reviewed code and mentored junior developers.
    3. Junior Front-end Developer

      Dec 2023 – Feb 2025 · Remote

      • Worked on the migration to the new Groner CRM (formerly SafeLeads), replicating legacy features and shipping new ones with scalable, unit-tested code.
      • Fixed new and inherited bugs to keep the platform stable.

      • Inversion — front end of an app to organize finances and manage investments, earnings, wallet and projections (Vue.js front end, Java back end).
      • SplitWave — website for a seismic anisotropy specialist, where students upload their records of seismic events and browse other records. Built with Astro, Vue.js, AWS RDS and Vercel.
